Getting invested in real estate presents the benefit of getting paid.
But how are these payments made and what are they called?
Distributions are the limited partner’s portion or share of the profits. They are generally paid out quarterly, but can be also sent monthly, annually, during a refinance and/or at the sale of the asset.
These distributions are paid out to investors through whichever way they have identified most commonly through ACH or by check if that option has been given.
