Ok so I know we've got a long way to go until we hit 7 reasons, but I hope you are at least enjoying the journey there.

I know, this is kind of a loaded question there… but hey!
THIS my friends is another huge benefit to investing in real estate.
You can gain extra income from being a Limited Partner WITHOUT the work or 3 T’s.
Tenants, toilets and trash. Or couches dumped on your construction site (no jokes, this happened to me.)
Some people really love dealing with all of the above but that this is a choice, not a necessity.
The other option you have is to passively invest.
Yup….you can invest passively in an apartment and receive (wait for it....all of the reasons in this segmented series!!!)
You don’t do any of the work, aren’t called to answer questions, pay taxes or insurance bills and best ever… don't deal with problems, issues, comments and/or concerns of the tenants.
My point? Let’s get some extra cash in your pockets.
Investing passively pays you while you sleep and the headaches of operating are gone.
