I'm Nicole Gauthier, the Founder of Wicked Holdings, a Texas-based real estate investment services company. I'm happily married and a proud mom of two amazing kids, a boy and a girl.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Houston. I began my career as an Accountant in the Oil and Gas industry, but after becoming a mom, I realized my schedule didn't align with the demands of motherhood. This led me to explore my true purpose outside the home, and I discovered a passion for real estate.
This journey has allowed me to blend my interests into a fulfilling career, bringing others along for the ride. I am currently invested in over 400 units, focusing on multifamily value-add strategies.
